An overview
The support programme takes you on a journey through twelve branches of personal development from attachment and authenticity to creativity, self-compassion, and purpose. Each month we explore concepts, reflect on challenges, support growth, and integrate new learning into everyday life. All of this with a team of fellow travellers and supporters.
What is it?
It’s a framework of resources promoting wellbeing, education, inner-reflection, community and personal development. It’s a space to pause, reflect, be seen, supported, and inspired. It is not therapy or group therapy. Practical embodiment of the learning will be explored and supported. If you’re ready to grow with intention and live more authentically, this programme is for you.
Who is it for?
For anyone with a desire to grow, whatever your abilities or limitations. This programme is designed to include people from all countries, cultures, religions and backgrounds. Whether you are completely new to the idea of personal development, have had decades of therapy, or are a therapist yourself, this programme will give you the freedom to work at a depth and pace that feels right for you.
How much time?
The programme is designed to adapt to your needs and capacity. You will have a banquet of resources at your disposal and these can be used in a way that fits with your busy life, engaging as much or as little as you wish. All activities are optional. The programme is here to support you, not pressure you.
What is included in the programme?
Thoughts for reflection
Weekly education related to mental health and theoretical understanding of the human experience generally. This often gives us a new lens of insight into ourselves and helps us feel less alone in our experience.
(For example, in week 1 of January we will explore some theory related to attachment)
Weekly creative projects
Each week you’ll be invited to try a creative project related to the current topic. These projects can be adapted to suit your own preferences, abilities, and availability of time and resources. Creativity helps us get out of our head a little and often leads to powerful new insights as well as embodiment of learning.
(For example, ‘using string, wool, sticks, pebbles, etc, create a visual map of the people in your life’)
Journal prompts
Journal prompts connected to this week’s topic. These prompts will motivate new lines of thinking and deepen the exploration of your life experience. If you prefer not to journal, no problem, these prompts will still motivate inner-reflection.
(For example, ‘What were the unspoken rules about love and closeness in my childhood?’)
Guided audio groundings
Each week you’ll receive an audio recording of a guided visualisation, breathing session, or grounding technique. This will be my voice, talking to you. You will also receive a welcome gift of an audio recording that is specifically designed to help you fully relax and sleep at night.

Community forum
You’ll become part of a community of like-minded explorers, helping you stay on track with your personal development. You can link in with the community as much or as little as you wish, asking questions, joining discussions, or sharing ideas or book recommendations. The community forum is a confidential space with clear guidelines to keep everyone safe. Feeling meaningful and heart-full connections with others may be a rare experience for us, but when it is felt, it is profoundly restorative.
Partnering programme
You’ll have the option of requesting a personal support partner from within the group, who will be your partner for one month. I do my best to pair people whom I think will get on well together. This pairing is for mutual support (not to provide psychological advice or replace professional help) and together you can decide how, when, and how often, you would like to meet and share.
Monthly 2-hour live session
The live session will be with me and your group and usually held on the fourth Saturday of the month. Members are gathered in smaller groups for several months so that there is time for meaningful connections to be made. Together we will discuss the topics considered over the previous weeks.

- occasional week 5 - use this week to catch up on any areas of particular interest to you in recent weeks or months

What is not included in the programme?
- The programme is designed for people with a readiness for personal exploration and growth and does not include or replace one-to-one therapy
- The partnering programme is for mutual support with a peer within the programme and is not with a therapist
- The programme is designed to help you self-explore and sometimes self-exploration leads to some surprises. If you feel the need for some professional one-to-one support at anytime, this will need to be accessed through your local therapy directory
