Course feedback
It was an amazing experience that has changed my life!
I feel a deep sense of belonging in Paula's groups. She holds a gentle and safe space, yet still manages to challenge us to grow.
The course was way more than I expected. I felt terrified at our first session but by the end of even one evening, I felt like I had found a tribe of like-minded souls! It was incredible.
It was only one day but it was brilliant! I learnt so much and in a really practical way so the benefits have stayed with me!
